The Inline Homogenizer operates on a straightforward yet effective principle:

The rotor blades’ high-speed rotation creates a vacuum effect, which draws the mixture into the rotor-stator group.
The mixture is compelled to pass through centrifugal force between the rotor blades’ outer wall and the stator’s inner wall.
As the mixture attempts to traverse the narrow gap between the rotor and stator, the fluid product particles disintegrate, achieving a homogeneous consistency.
